The Broker — The Short Version
TabTrade opened in Q1 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, licensed through Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.
The BlackBull connection matters. It suggests the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. Does not guarantee anything. It is more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.
TabTrade came out of the gate with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same data centres prime brokers run on. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade did the opposite. Not the typical playbook.
What you can trade: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, shares, crypto, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For a platform this new, that range is broad.
What You Trade On
They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from one account. A lot of brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.
MT5 is what most people know. Full charting, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know MetaTrader before, there are no surprises.
cTrader is the cleaner option. Better DOM. More responsive charts. Built-in algo trading. A lot of traders prefer it after comparing.
Direct FIX connectivity is offered for automated strategies but requires the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is apparently in the works. That would be a good addition once it is live.
Costs
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Easy to track. $0 to start. Suits beginners.
Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is often under 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost sometimes sits under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level require a minimum deposit. This broker has no minimum.
VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, tailored rates. Not for the average person. Do not worry about it unless you trade institutionally.
Infrastructure
This is the area where this broker separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. Most retail brokers operate at a much wider range.
Does it matter? For short-term trading, it does. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you will not notice. But the fact that the setup is serious. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Combine that execution speed with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get makes sense. Hardly anyone in this bracket run Equinix connectivity.
The FSRA Question
Now, the detail that matters. The broker is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a dealbreaker, look elsewhere. Lots of FCA-regulated options out there.
But. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup costs real money. Scam brokers do not pay for proper execution infrastructure. This does not make it safe. But inform your decision.
What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether this deal makes sense depends on you.
Welcome Offer
TabTrade offers bonus funds of up to $2,000. Usual welcome offer. You put money in, they top up your balance. Standard terms apply: turnover conditions before you can withdraw the bonus. Read the conditions before you deposit.
